I just got back from New York City on Friday and I wanted to share some of my favorite pictures.

This is in Time Square. It was so exciting. I still can't believe how big it was! The lights never went out. It was so full of people almost all the time. We walked through here just about every morning on our way to meetings. :)

The Manhattan Temple was amazing! The public affairs office is located on the side of the temple. It was neat to see.

We rode the subway everywhere. It was gross and lots of people hands have touched the poles we had to hang on to. It was not something I really enjoyed much!

On the Staten Island Ferry we broke the rules and went behind the rope. We wanted to take a picture closer to the end of the ship and get us all in the picture. The guard came out and told us that we had to come back to the other side of the rope. He wasn't very happy that we moved the flotation ring either. But we still had a blast!

The Statue of Liberty was awesome! It was so exciting to see. It was dark and we really weren't that close to it but it was still pretty neat. I was surprised that it wasn't as big as I thought it was going to be.

The Brooklyn Bridge was cool! The ship was rocking a lot so some of the pictures turned out blurry. Oops!

Wicked was amazing!! I really enjoyed the musical and can't wait to go see it again!

When we passed by New York University, I had to take pictures! I have always wanted to go there so it was cool to see the University!

This is the church where
National Treasure was filmed. We were walking across the street and one of the guys in the group said it was the church "at Broadway and Wall" so I took a picture of it!

This is the Apple Cube. There are stairs in the front of the cube and you can walk down them. I'm not sure what was down there, but the cube was really cool!

This is in Central Park. One of the girls said
Enchanted was filmed here but we could be wrong. It is still a very pretty part in the city.

On Thursday night we walking around Time Square and we stopped at one of the vendors. While we were there Howie Mendell came to the vendor. I tried to take his picture without him knowing but he saw me and said hi. So I took a picture with him and then he sat and talked to us for a few minutes. It was really cool.

We waited outside of the
Equus theater so we could see Daniel Radcliffe. We watched him come out and sign autographs for just a few minutes. It was neat!

This is right outside the M&M's store in Time Square. The store was huge! There were three floors of nothing but M&M products. I wanted to buy a pound of M&M's but it was $11.95 a pound. I was not going to pay that much for candy...

This is the skating rink in Rockefeller Plaza. It is HUGE! This rink is used in many movies. :)

This is the Communications/English group I spent a lot of the trip with going to meetings and just during the evening hours.
The Internship Expedition was a blast! I am so glad I was given the opportunity to go. I hope to go back to New York and maybe work or just play!!
